What are my chances of getting into UCs?

I am a white female and a junior in high school. I come from an upper middle class family and I live in California. I would love to go to either UCSB or UCSD, and I would be thrilled to get into UCLA. What do you think my chances are of getting into any of these three schools? I aspire to major in linguistics and UCLA has the best linguistics program in the world; I even took linguistics 1 at UCLA this summer and got an A.

I have only taken the SAT once so far, but I’m signed up to take it twice more. I got a 1910 (640 CR, 660 W, 610 M). I’ve heard the W score doesn’t matter much but since I want to get into the linguistics field I believe it will have some more weight. I also intend to get my scores up by at least 50 points each.
I am not sending in my ACT score.

These are my grades from sophomore year each semester:
Spanish 2: A, A
AP Euro: B, B
Honors English 2: B, B
Honors Physiology: A, A
Honors Algebra 2: B, A

These are my grades so far in junior year (first semester)
US history (CP): A
Honors English 3: A
Spanish 3: A
Honors Pre-Calculus: B
Honors Chemistry: A

Extra:
I got a 3 on the AP Euro test
I have been working at a children’s art studio for 4 years
I have done Pilates for 3 years
I am working on becoming a certified Pilates instructor
I have had perfect attendance in school since kindergarten (I’ve neither been tardy nor absent a day in my life)
I finished Linguistics 1 at UCLA over the summer and got an A (4 units)
I plan on taking an intensive Hebrew class at UCLA this summer (12 units)
I partake in Link Crew at my school (help freshmen transition to high school)
I am one of the founders of the UNICEF club at my school
I have no idea if this matters/how to prove this but I have maintained a tumblr blog for 4 years and I have 47,000 followers

Please let me know!

No, I’m not

At the end of your Junior year, calculate your UC GPA: http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

You need to bump up your test scores into the 2100 range for a chance at UCSD and UCLA. Keep up your grades up, continue with your EC’s and write some great essays when the time comes.

Good Luck.

The Tumblr blog won’t help you at all, I personally recommend not mentioning it. No school cares about how many followers you have on social media. Your UC GPA is about a 4.3 thus far, so if you continue to get the grades you’re getting, with your semi-average/low SAT (at this point), you have a good chance at UCSB. UCSD may be a reach with the SAT score, but you said you’re retaking it, so you have a chance. Try and get above a 2100 and you should be set. Also make sure your personal statements are very strong. In-state will help you a lot.

Thank you! You have been very helpful
