What are my chances of getting into UMBC as a transfer?

<p>I am currently a Freshmen at The Community College of Baltimore County Essex (CCBC). I will be applying for admissions for the Fall 2013 semester and wanted to know my chances of getting accepted. By the time I apply I will have less then 30 credits, so I have to send my High School transcripts, SAT and ACT scores. </p>

Second semester I am taking 16 credits and I am aiming for at least a 3.5 GPA.

- Receptionist at Medical Day Center (Volunteer)
- Work in Dining room in restaurant (part time) </p>

<p>As you can see my grades and test scores from High School are not the best. I didn't take school as serious as I should have until my senior year, but now as you can see I got my act straitened up.</p>
