What are my chances of getting into UTSA?

The first time I took the SAT, I got a score of 930 (New SAT scores), which is really low. So I spent $40 and retook the test and got a 1030(New SAT score). I’m okay with that score, but not satisfied, I feel as if I can do better. But, first off I have no money to retake the test and second I also have no time, so more than likely I will not retake the test. I’m planning on applying to UTSA, but I’m afraid I will be rejected because of that score. So what are my chances of getting into UTSA?

I have a
91 average/ 3.7 GPA (All approximated, we don’t have official scores yet)
1030 score on SAT (New Scores)
