What are my chances of getting into Villanova for accounting?

Hi, my name’s Mia, and I’ve been wondering if it’s possible for me to be accepted into Villanova’s business school for accounting. I know it’s competitive, but do I have a chance?

GPA: 3.7 (I am taking more AP and honors courses next year to raise my GPA)
SAT: 1150 (My score came from no preparation just to see what would happen. I retook it last Saturday, and am waiting for results)
School: Catholic

Extra-Curriculars:
-Ethics
-Leadership Academy
-Girl’s State
-Band
-Book Club (founder)
-Green and White (ambassador program)
-Boy’s Soccer Manager

Sport: Golf

Service:
-I teach a Sunday school
-I volunteer at a wildlife refuge during the summer
-I traveled to Italy to rebuild a monastary

Recommendation letter:
-My school’s President, who graduated from Villanova. She most likely included how I wrote a letter supporting her when she received lots of backlash from students and parents for firing our football coach. It’s reached national news, and my letter is published on the Courier Post.

Essay:
-The struggle of being half-Korean, and how I learned to embrace my race.

I forgot to mention I have two jobs: I’m a party host, and I work at a law firm.

@mnix123 Honestly, your numbers are going to make admissions into the business school a reach for you. Villanova will only get more difficult as the number of applicants will go up with the men’s basketball championship. If Villanova is your #1 choice, then consider applying Early Decision.
