What are my chances of getting into WashU in St. Louis (RD)?

I'd like to know my chances of getting into Washington University (RD), and here are my stats:
SAT I score: 2250 (720: CR, 760: Math, and 770: Writing)
SAT II scores 800 in Chemistry, 800 in Math Level 2 and 780 in Ecological Biology.
I study the IB syllabus (International Baccalaureate) and I don't have a GPa per say but my predicted IB score is 41-42 out of 45. I'm kinda nervous about applying to WashU (or any first tier school for that matter) because I got rejected from Johns Hopkins University (ED).
My common application essay is good (it has gone through multiple rounds of checking by not only my counselors but also my principal) and I'm not really allowed to see my teacher and counselor recommendation letters.
I'm applying for Biology (along with Pre-medicine) and I was considering the accelerated medical program until I got rejected from JHU.
I am also pretty confident I have enough ECs and Community Service.
Also, I am an Indian male (but I'm an American citizen who lived in California for the first five years of his life and then moved to Bangalore, India)

Being Indian is not conductive to your chances. However, you are a match at WUSTL if you are paying full tuition.
