It's my first year of college and this is my first time being wait listed for a class. Just need some insight. I registered for a Stats class and I am #9 on the wait list. The capacity of the class is 72. Do I have a high possibility of getting in? Should I register for another class just in case for the the 12 unit minimum (B/c of financial aid)

If it is for a winter intercession I would say there’s a medium - high chance, if you can go on the 2nd day as most poeple will drop.
If its for a spring session that starts mid/late january I would say don’t even worry about it. I was 9th for my freshman composition class for fall and I was the 1st weightlist to be accepted, #10 was the 2nd.

Just show up early in both cases.

Awesome thanks for the insight and it’s actually for Spring so sounds like my chances are even better than I was thinking.
