What are my chances of going out of the country?

I currently attend a private school on the West Coast. However, I recently realized that it doesn’t accurately fit my needs academically and socially. I’m looking at a transfer to HKU, Boston University, NYU (I was accepted before but chose not to go for financial reasons) and possibly Boston College or Tulane. I also wanted to see what my opportunities are outside of the country. If you could offer any insight, thank you so much!
My High school stats:
14 AP Classes with majority scoring a 5, only 3 had a score of 3 or 4
SAT: 1490
SAT 2: Biology E-760
SAT 2: US History-750
EC:
Founder/President of Equestrian Team
Founder/Historian of Women’s Engineering Club
State Orchestra (2nd chair violin)
Horseback riding + Teaching/Volunteering
Teaching/volunteering at an equestrian camp
Governors Honors Program
Teaching English in Taiwan
Volunteering with the Atlanta Music Project
STEM (magnet) program at school
National, Spanish, English and Science Honors Societies
Language: Mandarin (basic) Cantonese (intermediate) and Spanish (Advanced)
awards: GHP diploma, academic bar, academic letter, first place writing competitions
Work: Waitressing

Currently:
GPA: 3.2 (I know this isn’t very high but I’m looking to work a lot harder this semester).
EC: National Spanish Honors Society
Major: Double major in international business and hispanic studies
I came in with a lot of credits so even though I am a freshman, I’m a sophomore by credit hours. I don’t know if this would make a difference when applying to transfer.

Thank you!

I forgot to add my high school GPA: unweighted GPA:3.72
weighted GPA: 4.35

Um…it’s a very big world out there. Maybe if you can narrow something down (country/region/hemisphere, language of instruction, planned major, cost…anything really) people could start suggesting.

HKU ? Hong Kong University ?

You should be admitted to BU.

Sorry! I’m focused mainly on colleges in Hong Kong and Scotland

Yes, hong kong university. And thank you for the feedback!
