Transferring from u Houston, what are my chances?

After this year I plan to apply to schools for transfer to see what I could get into
GPa: 3.8(currently, I can definitely keep at least a 3.7 for the rest of the year)
High school gpa:3.1
High school act : 32
Extracurricular: the summer before college I did a study abroad program studying business management in Spain, and that summer I also climbed mt. Hood in Oregon. I volunteer most weekends and am involved in 4 clubs at uofh
Colleges I’d like to apply for transfer: u Washington, Georgetown, NYU, Boston university, Oregon university, maybe some of the uc schools, I’d really love to go to Columbia but I know that isn’t likely. Maybe apply to Berkeley? In all these schools I’d probably major in something related to business, like finance, accounting, or Econ.

I’d like to know how realistic I am being given my performance in HS, and if there’s any other schools that are either really urban or or in an outdoorsy location that I should consider thinking about. Since school is just starting, I was wondering if I should get more involved at the clubs I’m currently in, if that would help my chances.

I’m not able to edit any more but I’d like to add that my high school gpa trended upwards, I didn’t just get a 3.1 every year, and it’s on a weighted scale

Given your HS stats, I would say most if not all of the schools on your list besides OU and the lower UCs might be reaches. Best course of action would be, IMO, to graduate cum laude from UH, have internships, and then shoot for grad school in a good place.
