What are my chances on the Pacific Coast?

SAT: 1150
ACT: 26

GPA: 3.5-3.7 range (I haven't recieved my high school transcript yet so I can't confirm anything involving class rankings or GPA.)

EC:
Secretary of Speech and Debate Team
Foreign Exchange to Japan (1 year -- this also messed up my high school transcript making my whole junior year blank)

AP:
Calculus
English Lit
English Reading
Government

I'm thinking of applying to University of Oregon, University of Washington, UC Davis, UC Irvine, and UC San Diego. University of Nevada, Reno is my safety.

I haven't taken the SAT II's yet, thus limiting any chances of being able to take the regular SAT's again.

Do I have a chance of getting into any of the schools I want to apply for?

...do you live in california?
better shot at uc's if you do

Unfortunately, I live in Nevada, which deeply decreases my chance of getting into any of the UCs...

dreamkissed:

Oregon: Match
Washington: Match
UCSD: Reach (out of state)
UCD: Slight Reach (out of state)
UCI: Slight Reach (out of state)
UN-Reno: Safety

Thanks. I was wondering where I stood. :)

I can't raise my SAT anymore, but do you think there is any chance if I raised my ACT, UCD could change from a slight reach to a match school?

What are your SAT II scores like? If they're strong, that may improve your chances for the UC's a bit.

You are definitely in at Oregon.
A very good chance at Washington.

I haven't taken the SAT II's yet. I'm taking them on the November date though.

And thanks for your input on Oregon and Washington. :)
