what are my chances? pls help me

Hi, I’m currently a junior and I want to know my chances of getting into the following schools:

Stony Brook Scholars for Medicine program
Stony brook honors program
Sophie Davis 7 year BS/MD program
Columbia University
NYU
Harvard University

I want to pursue a career as a doctor and go to medical school.

my stats+extracurriculars are:
35 ACT, 1500 SAT, 3.92 GPA, 98.1 weighted
Science Olympiads Vice President, 3rd place winner for Anatomy, 2nd place for ecology
Editor in Chief/President of Yearbook
20+ hours of volunteering so far at a local hospital (I plan to do more)
National Honor Society Member
orchestra-played viola for 8 years
recently organized a fundraiser for charity, raised $400
mathletes, chess club
AP World Exam: 5, AP Computer Science Principles: 4
took the AP Bio, APUSH, and AP Lang exams. also took SAT 2s in Biology M and Math 2
I will take AP Calculus BC, AP Gov, and AP Chemistry next year
I have two really good teachers (AP Lang and AP Bio) writing me recommendation letters and one from my guidance counselor, who I am really close with.

I really would like to know my realistic chances of getting into, waitlisted, or rejected from the schools/programs above. Thank you!
