What are my chances to get accepted to UC Berkeley ?

Hello guys,
briefly here's my story
I moved to the US last year from Egypt and enrolled in High school as a Senior . I did not want to go to a community college so I chose to stay for one more year ( as a super senior )in order to get the A-G reqs done so that I can go to 4 year right away.
last year I took English 2 and 3 , econ , trig & pre calc , health , US history and I tutored AVID students in chem and English 1 over the summer and I got Straight A s
I took the SAT and I got 1500 at my first try .
I also have pretty good marks on my old school's transcripts except for my sophomore year because the system in Egypt is different that during sophomore year you only have to pass with a 50%
I know my english is not that good although I got straight As in my English classes ( mainstream classes not ESL )
I really love Math and Chem and I want to major in chemical engineering. I know I am too ambitious but I hope I can make it to Berkeley . What are my chances to get accepted there ? Are they gonna give to understand my English imperfections ?
I'm taking AP Calc BC, AP Chem, AP Physics , Gov't , English (EWRC) and AVID for next year.

What is the breakdown on your SAT? If you have low CR and Writing scores it might be more likely that you’re admitted (due to being a foreigner), but regardless with a 1500 it is highly unlikely you will be admitted.

CR 400
Math 640
Writing 460

what do you think ?
I am probably gonna take a preparation course and retake it anyways .

Have you taken the TOEFL? If so what is your score for that?

For the SAT: take a class and then study as much as you can from the blue book.

Honestly, if I were you I would work hard on the SAT but if you aren’t accepted to Berkeley, finish off high school and get your associates w/ a 4.0.

I did not take the TOEFL because I took 3 English mainstream high school classes and I got A s ; I am also taking the 4th one next year .
I am looking forward to concentrate on the SAT the next 2 months .
Actually, going to a community is my last resort.
Thank you for responding :)

SAT is way weak for Berkley. If that improves to a 2200 you might have a chance, but it’d still be small. Settle with a more realistic goal.
