what are my chances to my top schools?

I am an international student from Taiwan. I self studied for SATs, SAT II, and AP since my school focuses on getting students into Taiwanese colleges. (my parents can't afford international high schools) Though I performed well in school my SAT score isn't that great so I really want to know my chances, that way I'd know if I should retake my SAT or perhaps come up with more safe schools. Please help!

Gender: female
Race: Asian
Aiming for: Stanford, UC berkley, Harvard, MIT, Uchicago (dream schools)

SAT Scores:
2050 (first try, CR 620 M 740 W 690)
2160 (second try, CR 720 M770 W 670)
superscore: 2180

SAT subject test
Math 2 800
taking Bio, Physics and probably literature this November ( predicting 700+ on bio and physics)

My school doesn't do GPA, but I score mostly 90s ( we don't do curves, what you score is what you get, 80+ is considered an A since there are times when no one in the whole class gets 90+)
I rank 2-3/320

Classes
The courses we take are predetermined, almost everything is mandatory, but I am in the special science class that covers more challenging materials

AP (there's no AP class in my school, I took the test anyways)
Calculus BC: 5

ECs (our curriculum is highly academic-oriented, I did my best)
-MUN club (since freshmen year) participated in around 8 conferences; helped established the the school MUN and served as press leader, handbook editor, and the chair in the following years.
-peer support group (since sophomore year): tutored and provided support to the junior department (my school is from 7th-12th grade)
-Directed the Christmas play in junior year
-Co-organized a 5-day summer camp designed for underprivileged students
-won bronze price in the national high school mini-thesis competition

Please chance me so I know what to expect. (should I retake my sat?)

Thank you

UC Berkeley and U Chicago would be low reach to reach depending on your essays, otherwise the rest are high teaches.
