What are my chances to UCs + some others?

School Type: Public, but very competitive and most graduates go to top schools
Applying to: UCLA, UCB, UCD, UCSD, UCI, Cal Poly, and USC (Economics or business economics)</p>

<p>I've had all honors/ MYP/ IB classes ever since I was a freshman, but these are the IB courses that I took. </p>

<p>Extra Curics:
1. National History Day (10-12)
2. Future Business Leaders of America (10-12)
3. Vietnamese school teacher (10-12) 4 hrs/week
4. Swim team (9-12)
5. Key Club (9-12) 150 hours altogether, VP for 2011-2012 year. We do things such as fundraising, soup kitchen meetings, cancer walks, charity work, etc.
6. NHS/ CSF (11-12)
7. Natural Resource Management Leader (We work with a creek that runs through our city and assess its health, analyze recorded data, and restore it back to health. I lead a group of juniors in my study) (11-12) 100 hrs
8. American Cancer Society Club (11-12)
9. Muffin Tops (We bake things and then donate them to soup kitchens in the area) (11-12).
10. Community service: 200+ hours altogether, not including #3 or #7</p>

<p>Hooks:
- I will be the first generation of my family to attend college
- Household income is below national average and my dad has been out of work for the past nine years
- Steady increase of grades throughout three years. I started off with a couple of B's, including two first and second semester of sophomore year, but I got a 5.0 junior year</p>

<p>If someone can please help me, then that would be greatly appreciated! I'm not sure how I did on my essays and I'm not too confident about them. I'm not great when it comes to creative writing or the such, so they just might be mediocre.</p>
