I was wondering if i have a chance in getting in to USC or NYU(i'll be applying undecided for USC and to school of arts and science for NYU).

I have a disadvantage because i was suspended twice in high school (once in 9th grade and one in 11th grade). The first was minor but the second one was more serious. I was involved in a break-in to my school with a group of people (although i didnt actually break in), i had a extended suspension and i had to move to a different school. Im going to write an essay about how i learned from the experience and how immature i was.

I think my grades are decent to get into USC or NYU but im worried about my suspension issue. Also, the high school I attended 9th -11th grade has the highest number of students from a public school that got admitted into USC last year (incase that helps).

What would be my chances to:
-USC (1st choice)
-NYU (2nd choice)
-Carnegie Mellon
-University of Chicago
-Pepperdine
-UCLA
-or any lower Ivy Leagues?

Thank you.
