What are my chances? Very important to me...

Hi!
I'm a high school senior right now and I'm going to go to Rutgers for engineering (computer & electrical) for my first year of undergrad. I'm planning on maybe transferring to another college for my sophomore year of undergrad.
Right now:
My current schedule: Gym, Stats Honors, US History 2 Acc., AP German 4, AP Psych, English 4 Acc., AP Physics C - M/EM, AP Calculus BC
Extracurriculars: junior volunteer at an animal shelter for 3 years, pro bono tutor for 2 years (for math and physics), national english honor society, dance ensemble for 3 years, marching band for my freshman and senior years, flute ensemble for senior year, and jazz band for senior year.
My GPA and SAT scores suffered from a sick family member and having to take care of my sisters for sophomore and junior year... :/ but that's really no excuse
weighted GPA: 4.080
unweighted GPA: 3.5507
SAT: reading: 600 math: 700 writing: 700
(I'm planning on taking the SATs again now that I'm focused and motivated... I took a practice test last week and I got an 800 in math, 730 in writing, and 650 in reading... I could probably get reading to some range between 650 and 690 and raise my writing score)
I'm taking the AP psych, physics (both E and EM), and calc bc exams this may and based on my practice tests I'll be getting 5s on all except a 4 on the EM of physics at the least.
I'm not sure if this matters, but I'm half Asian and half German and a female. I live in New Jersey.

In college I'm planning on participating in the marching band, an orchestra or wind ensemble, volunteer work, and probably a math or science team. I'll also have a part time job or internship.
I'm also planning on acing all my classes.

What are my chances of transferring into the following (for engineering):
Swarthmore College
Columbia University
MIT
Carnegie Mellon University
?

And how can I improve my chances?
Would I have to take some SAT IIs? I could take them for Math 1 & Math 2, Physics, and Korean and do pretty well. (Hopefully ^^")

Judging by your username, I’m just going to ignore your input…

I see your point.

I don’t like the community college environment, though.
I took some classes at a community college over the summer and it was a dreadful experience…
