What are my chances with these grades/scores?

I'm thinking of applying to UC's only. In my opinion, I think UC Santa Cruz is the only school I'm eligible for based on my terrible GPA. I would like a lot of insight from experts though.

Before I begin, I have a question.

Question #1: If I got a D in a class in high school, and I retook it in the summer in a community college (got an A), does that count as 'retaking' the class?

Number of A's: 12
Number of B's: 5
Number of C's: 2
Number of D's: 1 (see Question #1 above)
Number of F's: 0

Total Courses: 20
Number of Honors/AP: 5 (one for each semester of the course, not 5 ap classes)

Unweighted GPA: 3.400
Weighted GPA: 3.65

Note: Both the Unweighted and Weighted GPA count the D course as 1 point without the honors boost. Back to Question #1, can I erase the D and count it as an A (without the honors boost) since I retook it - but at a community college, not in summer school (wasn't available)?

D and F Grades: If you have earned a D or F in an "a-g" course, you must repeat the course with a grade of C or better in order to apply it toward your Subject Requirement. The original D or F grade will not be included in the GPA calculation, and the new grade will be used.

Unweighted GPA with D as A: 3.55
Weighted GPA with D as A: 3.8

Treating the D as an A is one heck of a difference, so I want to know if this is possible based on the statement from the UC site.

Now that you know my GPA, my SAT scores are:

SAT 1 Reasoning Test: 2200 (Math: 690; Crit. Reading: 730; Writing: 780; Essay: 9)
SAT 2 Chemistry: 690
SAT 2 Math: Just took it, should be > 750.

Another big problem is that I don't have many extracurricular activities. I can say I created one website, and maintained another, I have volunteered for about 100+ hours, I have been in a club for 2 years.

What are my hopes of getting into:
(A) UC Santa Cruz
(B) UC Davis
(C) UC Irvine
(D) UC San Diego

If my goal major is Computer Science. And ask me if there's anymore information you need.

The D is very interesting, I don’t know how it will play into all of this but based on what I read it seems like you should post the second GPA. I think you might have needed to do a bit more with your extra-curriculars but perhaps it’s too late for that. I think your SAT scores are exceptional and that if this is your top school that you will probably get accepted.

I forgot to mention, when colleges do look at my transcript, they will see the Sophmore year as the 4 B’s, 2 C’s, 1 D (basically failling Sophmore year), but then Junior year is all A’s. Every single one.

Any insight please? This is extremely important to me.
