what are my chances?

What are my chances of getting accepted to the PhD program in Sociology at Indiana University?

B.S. in Sociology, minor in Mathematics
Cumulative GPA = 3.44
May graduate with Cum Laude
Major GPA 3.75, Junior/Senior Standing GPA =3.81

(These GPA's will most likely increase by the time I graduate)

GRE is a little on the low side, score = 1010 (350 verbal, 660 quantitative)

Will have a publication with a professor, had a few teaching experience, as well as presenting at a conference, completed about 30 hours of community service, and there are a few other accomplishments.

I will also be applying as an out of state student, if that matters at all in the decision making process.

Let me know on what you guys think! Thanks!

That verbal GRE is absolutely killer. You need to retake.

In-state/out-of-state is not relevant for graduate admissions.
