<p>I'm going to apply early decision for Trinity College (CT) this year. I'm really interested in the school and it's currently my top choice.</p>
<p>My GPA is quite low, and I'm doing the SATs this Saturdays (hoping to get 500 in Math...definitely my weakest area, 600 in Creative Writing and 700 in Writing). I've known someone who had a lower GPA than I currently have and got into Trinity from acing an interview. I actually have an interview schedule too, so I'm hoping it will increase my chances. I'm 100% convinced I can prove them how interested I am in their school.</p>
<p>Also...I have really good extracurriculars, work experience in two areas (business and law) and I've had college-level preparatory classes.</p>
<p>I'm also gonna apply for financial aid (as an international student, from France), and I'm just wondering...will it hurt my chances?</p>
