Hi, I'm currently a high school junior from Wake County, North Carolina. I moved to the United States in 2011 at the start of my junior year. They gave me mediocre to low credits for courses I completed in India. Nearing the end of the end of my senior year, I have taken the following courses my Junior year and have received As for all quarters and finals.

Junior Year Courses:

Spanish 1 - A
Civics and Economics Honors - A
Algebra 2 Honors - A
AP Environmental Science - A
Honors US History - A, course in progress
Spanish 2 - A, course in progress
Honors English 3 - A, course in progress
Honors Anatomy and Physiology - A, course in progress

I currently have a GPA of 4.9 and I take the SAT next month. I average around 2250 to 2320 on my SAT Practice Tests from the Blue Book.
My area of concern is extra curricular activities. Because I didn't have my own car and my parents were very busy, I couldn't participate in a lot of extracurricular activities.
I took part in the following activities:

Key Club
Science Olympiad

I am a very good badminton and table tennis (ping-pong) player, but unfortunately my high school has neither of the sports.

These are my senior year course selections:

AP Biology (year long course)
AP Chemistry (year long course too)
AP Psychology
AP English 4
Pre-calculus
Digital Media

I currently rank 1 out of 587 in my class and I think I am going to stay in the top 5% of my class by graduation.
I plan to join the following clubs in my senior year:

Key Club
National Honor Society
English Honor Society
Spanish Honor Society - maybe
Broadcasting Club
Computer Club

Will joining clubs in my senior year be of any help? Is it already too late?

I plan to do Pre-Medicine in college and am considering the following colleges:

UNC Chapel Hill - I would love to get a scholarship to this school. Maybe the Morehead-Cain or other full-rides.
Penn State Accelerated BS/MD program
University of the Sciences- full ride scholarship preferred
other schools with accelerated medical programs.

What are my chances of getting into these colleges considering my lack of extracurricular activities?

I look forward to your replies. And thank you in advance.
