Anyways, we(my dad and I - together) have already ent a mail to GAtech telling them that our school cant sne dorig transcripts and they should refund me fee if they cant entertain me without that silly course eval by a particular person who must be paying a huge commision to Gatech!!! No offence plz!</p>

<p>I doubt that's true but I cant say for sure. Anyone got stats on what % people apply for aid each year? Money isnt the only factor if you're paying full fees (not donations, of course) I think it's mostly based on your qualifications.</p>

well u know what it was also pretty high on my list but how in the world can anyone take this non-sense!! i guess it says something abt the college....they just can't suddenly change their system...what about the students who have no access to the internet...they would have been informed by mail and everyone knows how much time that takes...also as everyone has noticed the instruction for external evaluation was mentioned in a little corner of their website and wasn't prominent at all...if they were that serious abt external eval they should have made a seperate application for intels...why the hell did they accept our school marks in the application at the first place??</p>

<p>A few days ago somebody mentioned International University Bremen and I really think you should give it a look at least. You may like it very much. I can't tell you more about it right now as I should return to my desk and study in this very moment but I post the link here. I really think it is worth considering IUB.The website is also very well structured and you will no problem in finding all the relevant info there. </p>

<p>IUB is good I think, but then it's in Germany... one needs to be really adventurous to venture to a country where you know nothing much about it. It's not the same for US! Thanks to shows like Desperate Housewives, Amazing Race and such programs, we are sort of more used to US cultures I guess.</p>

<p>All I know is that my counsellor said that it's hard to get into and they really look at your SATS. So I think 1700s is a bit too low for NUS, but I'm not too sure abt it.</p>
