What are my chances?

White jewish male.... 3.9 uw, 5.7 weighted. 14/325 at a public magnet school, I am a Junior.
ACT 30... SAT 1970 (680 math (i had a bad day, i was scoring 780s on practice tests), 590 cr, 700 wr 10 essay) I will be retaking both later this year, and shooting for a 33 and 2100+, the cr score was garbage... just not a good day for me.
APs- US History, Latin Vergil, Chemistry, English Lang, Human Geography.
Senior yr APs (scheduled)- Physics B, Biology, English Lit, Calculus BC.
EC- Tennis all four years (two varsity two jv). Biology club and latin club (incl certamen) in 9th grade.
-Every summer since 3rd grade i have gone to camp... but summer before junior yr i was a CIT at my camp, and basically a full time counselor without getting paid.
-this summer, i hope to intern at Children's hospital, and/or to shadow a family friend who is an opthamologist working with laser surgery.
- Created a video of how to insert an ng feeding tube- i was on one for two years (i have crohn's disease) and because of the video, i was nominated for a Human Relations award, my counselor feels i have a good shot at doing well in that contest.
Essays- very good, since based around Crohn's disease and the ng tube.

Alright, I want to be a doctor, so in college i'd like to major in pre-med, bio , chem, whichever one. But, I have three schools that I like, and if you guys have any other suggestions, feel free to send away.

My Top three, plz give some feedback on your thoughts-
Stanford (big reach), Duke (big reach), washington in st louis (reach)
-Please help me with good pre-med schools that you think i have a shot at, thanks!

Wow... That SAT score will hurt you so i will agree with your assessment of all reaches.

You have an ave rage shot at all schoo ls. Good lu ck!!!!!!!!

:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Stanford: 5%
Duke: 10%
WashU: 25%

Bring the SAT scores up to 1400 (old scale) and you can probably double your chances everywhere.

^^^
pretty accurate id say

Do you guys have any other schools that sound right for me? If I raised my SAT to about 2100, and ACT to 33... would my chances increase drastically?

For instance, schools like University of Texas in austin... or University of Virginia... or Rice.... do I have a shot at those? I know, I'm just a junior, but hey, what's the real problem in that?

With the projected scores you'd be competitive at Emory, which is good for pre-med (partnership with the CDC will offer unique opportunities especially for research) and is somewhat similar to the schools you list
