What are my chances?

So I am currently in my second year at State College of Florida which is a community college. I am attempting to earn my AA degree and transfer to University of South Florida (St. Pete). The problem is I have had a hard time with school. My first semester I received a D in a math course and had to retake it for grade forgiveness. My second semester I had to withdrawal from a science course because I had a D. And now in my third semester I may have to retake Biology as I am only going to finish with a low C or high D. My current gpa is 2.83. I am no good at school and I am just having a very rough time. I still have a semester or two left before I can transfer as a graduate student. My question is, what are my chances of getting into USF?

Thanks

To avoid confusion: you are transferring to a 4 yr college, but you are not going to be a graduate student. Grad students have an UG degree and are pursuing a Masters or Phd.

Have you been taking advantage of tutoring services at your CC?
