I understand that my application is a bit weird but I want to know if I have any chance of getting into my dream universities.
Do I have any chance of getting into any of this universities?
If not, which part should I improve to get into at least one of those universities?
Thanks for reading my post and I hope you guys understand my crappy English.

First calculate your UC/CSU GPA: http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

For the Cal States, they use an eligiblity index to determine your rank against other applicants for each major.
You calculate as follows; (CSU GPA x200) + (ACT composite x10). If your eligibility index is around 1000+ you are good for San Diego state (Not Santiago State), Long Beach and Fullerton.
Your GPA looks competitive and ACT is not bad, but definitely raise the English score if possible.

For the UC’s, your GPA is competitive but ACT needs to closer to a 29+ for a good chance at UC’s listed. UCR/UCSC would be matches. Also the UC’s will take into account your EC’s and essays, so spend time on activities that you enjoy and leadership positions will help. Also work on your UC essays this summer and make them shine. Good Luck.

Thanks for advice!
