I will only chance you for UC Davis:

  1. What is your UC GPA? http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
    If you are in-state, you make the 3.0 GPA cutoff. If OOS, you need a minimum UC GPA of 3.4 to apply to any UC.
  2. GPA very low since average UC GPA last year was 4.07. Since you are planning to major in engineering, you need to be at or above the average UC GPA and SAT/ACT scores. Average SAT: 1925 Average ACT: 28.

UCD is a Reach. GPA/Test scores are extremely important to the UC’s. Senior grades are not considered in admission decisions for the UC’s either, so they will not help your chances.
