What are my chances?

hello. i’m a high school senior (class of 2016) and i’ve seriously been considering penn state so i want to know how high or low my chances are of getting in. most likely would be applying to smeal college of business.
Stats:
SAT:1870
SAT IIs: havent taken. plan on taking biology and math 2
GPA: UW:3.89 W:4.2

Rank: not exactly sure but top 5% most likely

Location/Person:

School Type: large public
Ethnicity: mexican
Gender: female

EC: Environmental Club, community service club, kbg (anti-smoking campaign), national honor society, reading olympics, JSA

Other stuff: i have a part time job, i am a first generation, i was born in mexico, involved in a gifted program, 5 aps including this year and all my other classes have been gifted or honors, was president of environmental club sophomore year

if anyone has any input i would appreciate it. also, if anyone has any suggestions of other colleges that would be a good fit i would appreciate it. thank you.

Your gpa is at higher end of their average accepted stats. Just to be safe it is better to apply undecided than to appl to smeal.

How did your gpa go from 3.4 to 3.82 so fast

@pitt2021 thank you for your answer. the 3.4 was what i believed i had from my last report card but i asked for a copy of my transcript and it was 3.89 on there. i’m guessing that the gpa on my transcript is cummulative from all 4 years and my report card gpa was just for junior year. since i did a lot better my first two years it boosted it on my transcript.
