I'm a junior from NJ. Here are my statistics. I'm thinking of majoring in medical science. My highest hope is MIT, then JHU, then Rutgers. What do you guys think?
GPA: 3.72
APs: 3 by the end of this year, hopefully all 5s
SATI: 750 math, 780 verbal, 690 writing---I will retake it in October
SATII: Math IIC: 800, Chem: 780, Chinese: 800; I will take bio in June
EC:
Math League---I took AMC 3 times, was the school winner this year. I got a 6 on the AIME, attended ARML twice
I did 40 hrs of community service at the Chinese Community Center. I also did 12 hrs of service in China helping people get vaccinated
I'm a qualified lifeguard

Also, I got a 236 on my PSAT

The GPA is a little low for MIT/JHU, but its certainly not bad, especially if you are taking the most rigorous courseload possible. Your standardized tests scores are close to perfection, and if your psat is any sign of your SAT score, it will be at least 2300. Your ECs are decent, not an abundance but the few you do have seem to shown time and investment. 'quality over quantity'. Overall, you have a decent chance, i would just try and do as well as possible first semester senior year.

You have a good chance at JHU, MIT might still be a little bit of a reach, but you have a chance there too.

There is a separate forum for "chances" threads, so you might find more feedback there.
