    -(considering) applying to (in order):
-NYU (it would be a “reach” school)
    -George Washington University
    -Penn State (instate)
    -Villa Nova University
    -University of Pittsburgh

Do I have a good shot of getting into any of the school I listed? Is it unrealistic of me to apply to NYU? I know it’s hard to get into, but do I have a good chance of acceptance? I am considered a strong writer and I believe my essay will be pretty good  I might try to apply to NYU for early decision.

NYU will probably be a reach but it looks like you have a good shot based off the rest of the data. I think your SAT score could use some improvement and maybe having a leadership position in a club would also be a boost. Other than that, solid!
