what are my chances?

i live in southern California and i go to a community college i switched colleges after my first year and pretty much bombed my first year. when i got to the new school i started doing so much better. my dream school is san diego state and my major is studio art. my GPA is around a 3.83 i’m the founder of the art club at my current school. and at my previous school I’m in a photography and then at the current school i’m in two more clubs. i earned a leadership certificate that was sign by the dean of cal state fullerton i also re-took the classes from the first year and got credit for i plan on transferring the following year i just wanted to what are my chances? i’m just scared because even though i retook those classes and got A’s the original grade is still there and i have a few C’s but the rest all A’s
