What are my chances?

I am afraid the low SAT will hurt me the most. Do I have a chance with such a low score?

I think your chances are pretty good. “Ohio State does not have minimum requirements for ACT or SAT scores” and you demonstrate a lot of the qualities they look for. Good gpa in rigorous coursework and leadership. You also have a good class rank. Mostly they look for people that have demonstrated they can succeed in academics and contribute to campus.
