What are my chances?

Hello. I am hoping to apply to some top 25 universities for a PhD program, namely University of Edinburgh, Oxford, New York University, Princeton. . .

I am graduating this December from Arkansas State University with a BA in philosophy. My GPA is 3.85ish. I am graduating Magna Cum Laude and am in two or three other honor societies. I haven't taken the GRE yet but am hoping for the best.

Keep in mind, I am getting a degree from a small Arkansas college (this would be the negative side).

What are my chances? And are they better if I get a master's degree first?

Anyone? pretty please?

Generally, this is a thread for undergraduate admissions.

From what I understand, graduate admissions are much more subjective and less "chanceable" than undergraduate, so a chance thread for them is kind of useless, though perhaps you might find more luck posting in Graduate School forum.

Well I really think that they shouldent take in notice that you were in a little university. they should see what are your grades your gpa an tour sat results. Yo shoul apply to all and dont worry they will acceot you.
