Hey, guys. I need your opinion/suggestions for possible schools and chances for admission.
I'm white, first generation male from Chicago, Illinois; high school junior. Immigrated from Eastern Europe right before eight grade;
Tested out of ESL my freshmen year, started with the core classes, then was moved to honors/ap program second semester.
Class rank - 1 out of 428 (weighted) and 3 non-weighted; GPA 4.282 and 3.9744 respectively.
In reality, I maintained As throughout high school except for 88% B for the first semester of AP European History during sophomore year.
ACT (took once at the beginning of junior year) - 28 (can the rank compensate for my poor test taking ability?);
Hopefully I'll graduate with at least 7.5 science, 4 English, 4 math, and 4 foreign language credits. This year I'm enrolled in 3 APs;

Extra-curricular activities:
-sports editor of the school newspaper (since sophomore year);
-YMCA Illinois;
-Future Business Leaders of America - local chapter's treasurer and national competition's qualifier in the Introduction to Tech Concepts (3rd place at the State);
-NHS/HHS;
-three summers of volunteering at the local hospital - last year worked as a lab assistant;

I'm planning on going into medical field, and I've been looking at the schools that prioritize these areas of studies. What are my chances of getting into WashU or Hopkins. How about Wisconsin Madison or University of Chicago/Northwestern ? Any alternatives you can think of?
Thanks
