<p>no one has an 80 percent chance of getting in..the odds are 50-50. either you do, or you don't.</p>

<p>you're a strong candidate but you're also a dime a dozen. there are a lot of people with strong ec's, awesome sats and great grades just like yours. it's all in how you separate yourself from the other applicants in the pool.</p>

talk about what makes you "different" without coming off obnoxious ...colleges love to see what students can add to their school
write ur essays well..and honestly you never know...like from our school the most random people got accepted into schools and those 1600/4.0 kids got rejected to like top 20</p>
