What are my matches/safeties/reaches?

First of all, I'm an international student from Kazakhstan. My school is considered the best in Kazakhstan, but since I go to a small, private school we don't have a lot of variety of EC's or AP classes. Please tell me if these schools are reaches, matches, or safeties. Also you can recommend me good schools that are matches for me too! Thanks!

Emory, University of Virginia, University of Michigan--Ann Arbor, Northeastern, SUNY Binghamton, University of Southern California, Boston University, Cornell, Georgetown, McGill

SAT: 2100
720 CR
680 Math
700 Writing

UW Cumulative GPA: 3.5

SAT Subject: taking them in January (Biology and U.S History) most of my colleges accept January test scores, and expecting to get at least above 700 for each.

Extracurriculars:

Student Council (vice president of entire HS)
Helping Hands Charity Organization (secretary)
Varsity Basketball
Varsity Volleyball
Prom Committee (Head of Promotions)
Schol Band (trumpet)
Math Honor Society
National Honor Society

Emory- Match
University of Virginia- high match to low reach
University of Michigan–Ann Arbor- same as UVa
Northeastern- Match
SUNY Binghamton- Safety
University of Southern California- High Match
Boston University- Match
Cornell- reach
Georgetown- reach
McGill- match

I would personally not see Emory as a match, it is about USC level

Its average SAT score is around a 2080. I think he’d be fine as a applicant from Kazakhstan. I could say it’s a high match just cause.

For McGill, ECs are irrelevant only grades and SAT scores matter. However the admissions selectivity varies greatly between different departments at McGill, so to chance you for that school I need to know what department you are going to apply to.
