What are my odds of transferring to one of these CSU's?

So I know you must all be tired of all these "what are my chances" threads and what not, but as the transfer application date draws near, I've been getting more and more worried about things possibly not going my way, so I come here for help.
I am currently a 2nd year student a Bakersfield Community College and I am hoping to transfer to one of the following schools [in order of my desire to get in]

Cal Poly SLO
CSU Fullerton
CSU Long Beach
CSU Northridge

[I don't think I really have a shot at these, but I'm applying as well, again in order]:
UCLA [My dream school]
UC Irvine
UC Berkley

My grades for my freshman year didn't turn out as planned due to several circumstances that I now have under control, and I have no intentions of getting anything less than straight A's for both semesters this year, but my GPA for last year came out to a measly 3.25 at 41 credits earned, and so long as I stick to my schedule I should finish my year at 67 credits

I have also been involved in international volunteer groups in the Middle East [helping Palestinian refugees], having over 100 hours of time associated with that.

I am planning to apply as a Biology major to each of the schools, as I am hoping to get into Medicine.

Do these colleges look at your High School grades as well when applying as a transfer? [3.9 GPA in that case], or your SAT/AP scores?

Any help at all would be appreciated, regarding my chances, recommended classes I should take to increase my chances, or any other advice.

Well, Northridge is not impacted for transfers, according to this:
[CSU Campus Impaction Information | Student Academic Support | CSU](http://www.calstate.edu/SAS/impaction-campus-info.shtml)

Biology is impacted at the other CSUs you list, according to this:
http://www.calstate.edu/sas/publications/documents/ImpactedProgramsMatrix.pdf

Transfer to CSU is described here (but note that impacted programs have higher GPA requirements):

But you may want to reassess your chances of getting into medical school. A 3.25 GPA is unlikely to gain admittance to any US medical school. Note that it is not required to major in biology to do pre-med, and biology has poor job and career prospects at the bachelor’s degree level.
