What are my options?

Hello!
I'm an international student planning to enroll at SBCC for 2 years majoring in business(specific major isn't decided yet).
I've heard soo many good things about California, Santa Barbara and the city college.
Although I've heard many people find it taboo to enroll at community colleges, why is that, I was told that SBCC is one of USA's best CCs.

Anyhow, I was wondering what my options are after graduating with an AS-degree in business. Is UCSB a good school to finish my bachelor at or should I focus and work hard to get in to another school in California / the rest of the US?
Basicly, I wish to graduate from a well-reputed school with a business degree so that I'll hopefully be able to compete with citizens in the US. (I know us foreigners have a hard time finding jobs and geting a visa)
I'd like to know what it takes, what to focus on and so forth.

I'm terribly sorry if this post is a mess, but you have to understand that a kid like me going abroad for possible 4 years, have a lot of questions and thoughts combined with a lot of anxiety
Thank you!

bump, anyone?? please?

So no one has any advice to give to me?

As my cousin found out last year, getting to stay in the States after business school is now very hard for foreigners. We had lots of families who did it years ago but you have to have a very unusual skill set for a company to spend the money to get you a visa rather than just hire an American. Mt cousin was at Harvard and didn't find one. So I'd say go to the best possible school you can get into and study something rare. Learn several languages UCSB probably won't do it, so aim higher. Haas at Berkeley may be a good choice from your CC.
