What are my transfer chances?

Currently a CC student (De Anza College), starting my second year. I apply for university transfers for Fall 2015 this October. I am applying to the following programs:

CalPoly SLO - Geography and Anthropology
CalPoly Pomona - Urban and Regional Planning
San Francisco State - Urban Studies and Planning
San Diego State - Urban Studies
CSU Long Beach - Geography

My GPA is 3.75. I took the ACT two years ago and got a 30 composite (25 Math and Science, 34 English, and 36 Reading, Writing was 6 or 7). I no longer have club activities, and I wouldn't put what I had on an application. I have had an on campus job since I started school. I had a mediocre high school performance, but am 5 years out of high school.

What might my chances be?

You are a junior transfer. Your high school grades have no bearing. You have a solid chance of getting into SLO as long as you have taken all the required courses required by SLO.

That’s the one part where I worry. SLO wants me to take ANTH 4. This is a class that only offers one section once a year in the Fall. I am registered for this class, and it starts Sept. 22. However, only 12 students are registered right now, and if there aren’t 25 by Sept. 21 it gets cancelled. So, I might not be able to meet one of the requirements for SLO if not enough students sign up for this class.
