Big GPA drop during Junior year. During this time I fell ill and had multiple doctor visits (accumulated almost over 100 missed periods) I took some of the most rigorous courses during this time, one of them being Calc AB, which I had received a grade of D for end of first semester, (and a C for the second semester) Before this I had been a perfect attendance student for almost entirely Freshman year and ALL of sophomore year. (I mentioned this in my Acad History comment for my UC app.) I went to the community college and made up my D in Calculus the following summer.

Total (9-12) GPA: 3.95 W
10-12 GPA: 3.92 W
Class Rank: 29 out of 643
SAT I: 510 R, 580 M, 520 W
ACT: 25

UC/CSU GPA was around 3.91~3.92W

CSF for three years

Took 3 college courses at my local community college from grade 9-11.

-
I know I have extremely low ACT and SAT scores, I am retaking BOTH in December and already mentioned that I will be sending those scores over. I'm pretty confident as most of my practice tests have been consistently higher than before.
If I can get those up.. how much of an increase would be a safe for the colleges listed below?

I worked pretty hard on my Personal Statement as I know this was my only other option to have a chance of being accepted. I edited many times and am pretty proud of it.

-Applied majors (UC and CSU): Range/mix of Biology, Molecular Bio, Microbio, Psychology, Cognitive science

Applied Colleges:

CSU Long Beach
CSU Fresno
San Jose State University
San Diego State University
Cal Poly SLO
UC Merced
UC Irvine
UC Santa Cruz
UC Santa Barbara
UC Davis
UCLA
UCSD

I know there are some obvious colleges in the list that are nearly impossible for me to be accepted.. please don't be harsh (but truthful).

If possible, can you guys give me an answer along with a second answer if I'm able to improve my SAT/ACT?

Thank you!
