What are some good classes for general ed?

<p>I need 2 in category III (Social and behavioral sciences), 2 in category IV (Arts and Humanities), 1 in Category VII (Multicultural Studies) and 1 in Category VIII (International/Global Issues).</p>

<p>Do you have any recommendations? Which ones are easy/fun/interesting and which ones to avoid?</p>
