What are some matches for me?

Okay, I'm a junior in AZ and am starting to begin my quest for colleges; here are my stats:

GPA: 3.8 UW/ 4.125 Weighted
AP Classes Completed: L&C, USH, Chem, Span.IV
AP Classes Planned for 12: USLit, Macro Econ., USG, Music Theory, Span.VI, Calc.AB, Biology
AP Self-Study: Calc.BC, Psych, Micro Econ., Spanish Lit.

AP Scores: None, predicted for 11: 5/3/5/4

SAT I: 1420 + 750 writing

ECs:

7 years cello (varsity HS)
3 years wrestling (1x Varsity State Champ)
150+ Hours at the Public Community Center/ HfH Carwash / etc.
KEY Club (3 years)
Speech and Debate (1 year)
We the People (1 year)
Black Belt Taekwondo

So that's all I can think of now; what are some pretty legitimate safeties/matches for me? I'm far too shy in ECs for the school of my choice--MIT, I intend to proceed through college with a Biological Chemical Engineering major and a dual in Psychology.

So, anybody have any ideas?

Carnegie Mellon would be a good match, Lehigh would be a good safe match, and Case Western would be a good safety.

Try for Harvey Mudd if you don't mind the atmosphere.
