How about we summarize all of this: Be rich and beloved by all.

To rule the world and take over other galaxies.

Becoming a dentist would do for me . . one thing i will change for sure is peoples smiles
U

I want to travel the world and see everything it has to offer…see with eyes unclouded with judgement and see how other people live, their culture, their beliefs…everything…i want to gain as much knowledge as possible about as many people and as many places in the world I can visit…and then write it in a book…so that people all around the world can read it and see how other people’s perspective…and maybe just maybe we might just become a little closer to world peace

^ an honorable mission.

thank you and i plan on making it a reality

me want permanent lady friend

Be an automobile engineer or something related to it. Independently manufacture the first car in my country. Revolutionize the foreign dominated auto industry here. Change my country - Change the World. Watch out ;)

I second this wholeheartedly, and am amazed that not too many posters on this thread seem to have noticed it. A lot of the goals here seem to be very far-fetched to say the least, especially considering the current economic situation.

I want to go to medical school and after I become an MD I’d like to join the Peace Corps. or Doctors Without Borders. I have a lot of traveling to do.

Oh, and falling in love with some attractive foreign man is on the list too.

I want to go to a college I love, where I will fit in, and double major in English and Physics. As cliche as it sounds, I might possibly want to join the Peace Corps. After that, I plan to attend graduate school, either continuing on for English or for Astronomy.

Get married to someone and spend the rest of my life with him. Have a kid or two; maybe adopt kids from foster care or kids with medical conditions from a different country later on in life.

Most of all, I want to write. Words are immortal. I will work as hard as I can to be able to do for others what books have done for me: shape who they are, make them change the way they view the world, or simply provide an escape from the pressures of everyday life. I would be happy if my words did any one of those things for somebody.

In my personal life, I want to smile as much as possible. I want to try to make someone’s day, every day. I want to figure out what life is all about and what I can do with the time I’ve been given. :)

seriously awesome goal, I’d like to help in it

Looking at things now, I think I’d like to use my passion for languages in an international setting [IR] and become a Diplomat. I would love to essentially save the US through communication that a discussion in English tongue could never begin to match. It would be a dream come true for me, to live a very comfortable life supported by my foreign language skills :)

^ That’s also the sort of thing I’m interested in, though I’m more interested in sciency stuff as opposed to politics. I want to work in intellectual property/patent law in the E.U. after obtaining degrees in the U.S. since I am fluent in quite a few Western European languages. Otherwise, I’ll also be happy with a freelance job involving computing and languages while staying at home and caring for family and kids.

Yeah, people here are idiotic if they actually expect to retire at age 35 after making millions and millions of dollars in less than 15 years. I mean, you can dream, but that’s a really far fetched dream…

^ I havn’t seen anyone say they want to retire by 35. A few people have mentioned having enough money for retirement to be an option.

I was thinking of becoming homeless because apparently some people do that for kicks.

^^^ I actually plan to do that. No kidding. Like this guy:

http://zerocurrency.blogspot.com/

I don’t like singling people out but

(retirement from full-time work)

I want to understand 3 things. Space, time, and gravity. Sounds a bit cliche to talk about all the things Einstein worked on but the fact is that is what I’ve fallen in love with.

If I had to some up my dreams and aspirations in one sentence it would be,

Make a discovery/theory that revolutionizes the way people think about the world around them and opens the door for a new generation of technological advances.
