<p>You have a good shot at UNC-CH, University of Florida, and UMich-Ann Arbor. UCLA is difficult for out of staters but if you really want to go there, you should apply. Duke is a huge crapshoot for anybody and it is not realistic to expect to get in, especially since you claim to have few extracurriculars. </p>
<p>You could try NYU, USC, Texas, and Wisconsin. Transfer admissions is very strange and is a crapshoot at many of these schools even with your GPA, so the concept of safeties and reaches does not really exist, especially as an OOS to state schools and to prestigious schools like Duke. </p>
<p>Apply, still if you have the time. There is not much to lose and who knows, maybe you can get into Duke (don’t get too intimidated even though your chances are very low). Follow the advice of earlier posters and see where other students from your CC have got into.</p>
