What are some schools with full rides for NMSF/ High SAT

Hi, I was wondering if there were any well-known colleges that offer automatic full rides or significant merit aid for National Merit Semifinalists or for those who score above a certain SAT score. I am a MA resident who is NMSF and has a 2240 SAT (1490 CR+M).

Alabama would give you a huge award for NMF…plus an add’l 2500 per year for eng’g or CS

1 year of housing
