<p>Macalester, University of Wisconsin, UC Berkeley, and University of Rochester are also strong in International Relations. </p>
<p>One thing to keep in mind is that fluency in at least two languages other than English is desirable (if not required) for a career in IR, and most graduate schools require it. Choosing colleges that have <em>superb</em> foreign language programs would be very wise.</p>
