What are the best prep books for SAT Subject tests in Chem, Math II, and US History?

<p>I'm going to start preparing for the SAT subject exams in November and I wanted to know what your opinions on helpful preparation aids for the following exams:</p>

<p>Chemistry
Math II
US History</p>

<p>I've taken AP Chemistry and AP US History 11th grade so I'm relying on my notes and review book for that, but I also want a prep book that will refresh my memory on concepts and give practice questions that are like the ones on the subject exams.</p>

<p>As for Math II, I've taken all the math that's on it but I really need to prep as math is not my strongest subject. </p>

<p>What books/companies would you recommend for these exams? (aiming for 750+) </p>

In fact, I found it more help than my revision book (McGraws).</p>
