What are the chances I get into one of my top three schools? BC, Wake, and Vandy

<p>I am a Wesleyan High School Scholar. Every other day I leave school and take "Principles of Chemistry I" there. I was accepted again for next semester, and I am taking "Principles of Chemistry II" next semester. I finished the course with one of the higher grades in the class with an A-/A. I am hoping they consider this because obviously Wesleyan is one of the best schools in the country, and it proves that I can succeed.</p>

<p>~40 hours of community service (probably the killer here)</p>

<p>Time Magazine's 2006 Person of the Year (I didn't put this down but I should have)</p>

<p>Founder, former president, former vice-president, and current secretary/treasurer of the "Support Our Nation" Club</p>

<p>my guess is in at BC and Wake, not sure about Vandy, i hear they are one of the most applied to schools so far, so competition has increased dramatically for them

<p>of those three i applied to BC, had only slightly higher grades and scores, and i got into the honors program. i would say that your chances are very good there, especially since you have many leadership positions. good luck!</p>

<p>BC and wake arent toooo tough to get accepted into.
your SAT is weak for vandys regular decision. if your app was really good and thorough you'd prob stand a good chance in early decision (but that deadline is past i think?). if you have a killer essay about why you were person of the year that would probably sell you pretty well. i would say vandy is a stretch though honestly. their acceptance rate is so so low.</p>
