So this is huge for me. I assumed my counselor signed me up for my SAT. Wrong. Bad mistake. In fact, she never had given me a free waiver card like she was supposed to, even when I asked a month ago if I needed any FORMS OR INFORMATION for the SAT free waiver. So what happens? I register of course finding out I have to be on the wait list. Another fee to shell out. I already applied to 6 universities, so if I don't take the test I am in deep trouble. 95$ even more to pay. The only problem is I have a 50/50 chance of getting in to take the test. They recommend you arrive at the center where you will be taking the test at around 7:45. Since a wait list is first come first serve, I actually want to arrive around 6 am knowing that even though the people who were actually smart signing up on time will be first. If I was to arrive around that time, what do you think my chances of getting into a seat in the wait list are? I am really scared I paid sooo much money for the universities.

no one can predict this, sorry.

Just to let anyone know in the future to see this is that the wait list to me was scary at first. I was literally there at 7am by the door, even though the doors did not open until 8:00am. I was in line and showed my wait list ticket and was actually accepted in at the same time as other regular test registered students.

I’m glad everything worked out for you!
