<p>Unless there is a good reason why, I would say that it would hamper your chances quite a bit. (Btw, there is a big difference between minimum, and none at all.)</p>
<p>I think they would have a solid chance but in most cases for prestigious colleges ECs outweigh GPA and test scores (granted that your stats are solid enough for Ivys, etc)</p>
