what are the chances?

<p>I will be a junior next year, havent taken SATs or ACTs yet.. but so far my cumulative is a 2.8 (I know, not great...) I am going to do my best to raise it as much as I can next year... and I will also be taking one or two IB/AP classes... Does anyone know if I have that great of chances on getting into the following based on what I have told you:</p>

Portland University
Eastern Wash. University
Oregon State
Arizona State
Western Wash. </p>
