What are the Cornell Stereotypes?

What stereotypes do Cornell undergrads have in context with the other Ivies?

For example, Princeton is the preppy school, Dartmouth is the party school, Brown is the hippie school, etc.

(disclaimer: these are stereotypes that I've heard and caught whiff of. If any of these are blatantly wrong... sorry!)

Cornell is the ivy where students actually have to work hard to get an A.

Cornell is the ivy where the elite students are not elitist.

^^ good one ^^

"The easiest Ivy to get into and the hardest to graduate from." I hate that stereotype.

Everyone is from Long Island.

The Long Island thing is true.

Hahaha... great!

Wow...

I sense much pride in you guys (probably because you all are most likely going to attend this school) If I posted this in say, Yale's thread, what would they say? :p

w00t Cornell Class of 2010!!!!!!!

If they're prospective students to Yale, they might make a comment about how Cornell is much lower than them. If they are actual Yale students, they probably would say something about how they admire their hard work. "Cornell is the ivy that is most underestimated."

Cornell students study, have fun, go to hockey games, study, go to Collegetown, go to frat party, study, lounge, play, study, get into a relationship, get out of a relationship, study, get excited over RedBucks, feel sad when they spend them in a week, study, play ping-pong, play beer-pong, study, eat the best food, drink the best drinks, study, have a dairy farm to boast of, eat towerpumkin flavored cream, study, have to just turn their head for natural beauty, go for a walk to the lake, study...

Yale students just study all day, fail and see the dump next to their campus.
Hahvad students have an ego that ends them in the dump.
Princeton students admire nature all day.
Brown students play guitar and smoke pot all day.
UPenn students feel miserable that they are compared to losers.
Dartys know they are losers.
Columbia students...well...by the time they manage to navigate the slushy roads, they have no time to do anything.

Check it....
