Hey guys! I'm a college sophomore who's interested in transferring to Syracuse. I know that Newhouse is what Syracuse is known for, but could anyone tell me what else they're well known for? I talked to the dean of Information Studies because I'm a interested in doing Information Technology and she stated that their school is the top one for graduates but unranked for undergraduates. I currently attend Rutgers University and would like to get to know Syracuse a bit more before I apply for a transfer. What are worthwhile majors to transfer into Syracuse for? Thanks!

If you were to ask their admission's office about the toughest programs to get admitted to, they would tell you, Newhouse, The School of Visual and Performing Arts, and finally their School of Business for undergraduate studies. Both their Maxwell School and School of Medicine are also very tough, but they are graduate programs.
